The Studio Apartment Design Challenge is here to celebrate small, effective living quarters right in the middle of busy metropolitan areas. Studios have become a practical and enticing option for young professionals looking for affordability, simplicity, and convenience as cities get denser and land becomes rarer.
In this competition, we want you to design the inside of a 600 sq.ft studio apartment with a view of the ocean that is situated in Mumbai's thriving Bandra region. The challenge is to design a studio apartment that satisfies the preferences and demands of young urban professionals while boosting its aesthetic appeal, comfort, and use.
Interior design, in our opinion, is an emotive endeavour that combines aesthetics, settings, and people. It goes beyond just designing rooms and assigning furniture, beyond conventional layouts and taking into account their innate interaction with their environment, home interiors should be treated with sensitivity and respect.
Open to all creative minds, we welcome unique, innovative, and practical solutions that prioritize innovation, practicality, aesthetics, and sustainability. To know more about the competition requirements, simply click the 'Download Brief' button to access the site plan, competition rules, submission requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
