NOIDA INTERNATIONAL CENTRE (N.I.C) - Architectural Design Thesis Project 2019-2020 NOIDA INTERNATIONAL CENTRE is a proposed project and the site is located in yamuna expressway industrial development authority (YEIDA).Yamuna expressway will be a highly urbanized area in the upcoming times and falls under the purview of NCR region.Also, jewar airport proposed near to the project site will play a significant role in the upliftment of the project. "Noida International Centre " a centre designed to promote "INTERACTION" It is a platform conceived as a centre for 'INTELLECTUAL EXCHANCE' where people are gathering from all accross the world of different nationalities, cultures, and values for one common motive i.e., to discuss and debate on issues of national as well as international concerns.The motive of N.I.C is to plan, promote, and provide understanding &amity between different parts of the country and different communities of the world.The site is approachable by 30m wide road each on two sides of the given site. The functional requirements of the centre can be broadly classified into 3 zones: Intellectual zone, socio-cultural zone, residential zone.All the activities of the complex are surrounded by a central spine of the complex which connects all the blocks and zones together and also provides ample opportunities for 'Interaction' to take place.
