Whenever you think about a modern house, you think about clean lines, openness, and airy design. Similar was our approach when designing this beautiful modern home for our client, Mr. Agarwal. The plot was open on only one side, so our approach was to create a big massing that stands out. Vastu and Climate were important aspects while selecting the elements and material. Therefore, we kept it simple snow white in colour to reflect maximum heat and the entrance is kept from the East. Use of green wall on the south wall and covering the terrace with louver decrease the heat intake of the house. A triple height cut-out with full height glazing on the east wall lit the whole interior full day and gave a grand entrance. Nothing is more satisfying than a well-composed, clean and elegant design. The design of the house is characterized by clean lines, openness, and an airy feel. The designers focused on creating a big massing that stands out despite the fact that the plot was open on only one side. Vastu and climate considerations were important in selecting the elements and materials for the house. To reflect maximum heat, the house was kept simple and painted snow white. The entrance to the house was placed on the east side. The use of a green wall on the south side of the house and covering the terrace with louvers helped to decrease the heat intake of the house. The interior of the house is well-lit throughout the day due to a triple height cut-out with full height glazing on the east wall that also provides a grand entrance. Overall, the design of the house is elegant and composed.
